Some New Jersey supporters of Michael Bloomberg took a road to Massachusetts this weekend to canvass for their candidate in advance of Tuesday’s Democratic presidential primary.

Massachusetts is one of fourteen states holding primaries on Super Tuesday.

“There is so much energy and momentum for Mike Bloomberg in New Jersey,” said New Jersey state director Michael Muller. “Through grass-roots efforts, we had more than 20 volunteers devote their entire weekend and braving the cold to knock doors in Massachusetts. These volunteers know Mike Bloomberg is the best choice for president.”

A Boston Globe/Suffolk University poll released this morning shows Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren in a tight contest in Massachusetts, with Bloomberg, Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg all competing for third place.

The poll showed Sanders leading Elizabeth Warren, 24%-22% with Bloomberg at 13%.  Buttigieg was at 12%, followed by Biden at 11% and Amy Klobuchar at 5%.
