Congressional candidates Rik Mehta and Rob Menendez will join host David Wildstein on the New Jersey Globe Power Hour on Talk Radio 77 WABC on Saturday, January 29 at 4 PM.

Mehta, a former U.S. Food and Drug Administration official, is seeking the Republican nomination for Congress in the 6th district, where 18-term incumbent Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-Long Branch) is seeking re-election.  A biotech entrepreneur, pharmacist and attorney, Mehta was the Republican candidate for United States Senator in 2020.  While losing to Democrat Cory Booker, Mehta received more votes than any other Republican statewide candidate in New Jersey history.

Menendez serves as a commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and a candidate for the Democratic nomination for Congress in the 8th district.  He is seeking the open seat of Rep. Albio Sires (D-West New York), who will retire after sixteen years in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Menendez is a corporate and investment management attorney with Lowenstein Sandler, one of the state’s top law firms.

Wildstein is the host of the New Jersey Globe.
