Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick tells attendees at a 9/11 memorial service in Watchung that leaders need to work together on a bi-partisan basis.

“We need people to get together on a bi-partisan basis on a regular basis, not just on 9/11,” Bramnick told a crowd that included Gov. Phil Murphy.
