Little Falls Mayor James Damiano and the Damiano Team released the following statement on the death of Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-Paterson):
“We, and all of New Jersey, mourn the passing of Congressman Pascrell. As a former representative of Little Falls, he will be remembered for his tireless advocacy and focus, and especially his persistence, alongside Congresswoman Sherrill, on the Peckman River Army Corps project, which will deliver much needed relief from flooding in our community. He was a true gentleman and dedicated public servant who will be missed by everyone who knew him. May he forever rest in peace.”
