WIldstein talks NJ Supreme Court on My9 NJ Now

Joins Dianne Doctor at noon

New Jersey Globe editor David Wildstein joins Dianne Doctor  on My 9 NJ Now at noon on Sunday, March 21 to discuss Gov. Phil Murphy’s nomination of Rachel Wainer Apter to the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Murphy picked Wainer Apter, a 40-year-old Harvard Law School graduate and clerk to three federal judges, including Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, to replace retiring Justice Jaynee LaVecchia.  Wainer Apter is the director of the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and a former American Civil Liberties Union staff attorney.

Her nomination must be approved by the New Jersey State Senate.
