Rep. Frank Pallone (D-Long Branch) reported raising $522,091.38 in the third quarter of 2020, according to campaign finance reports filed with the Federal Election Commission.
Pallone raised $160,591.38 from individual contributions and $361,500 from political committees. His total raised for the cycle is $2.9 million.
He spent $368,005.40 between July 1 and Sept. 30 and went into October with about $3.1 million in his war chest.
The above fundraising totals do not include independent expenditures made for or against either candidate, nor do they include spending by candidates’ political action committees.
Republican challenger Christian Onuoha has not filed any reports with the FEC.
The sixth district, which Pallone represents, is safely Democratic. The district has 116,943 more Democrats registered than Republicans.
