U.S. Senator Cory Booker will launch his 2024 Jersey Summer Road Trip tomorrow with a stop at a farm in Hunterdon County.
“For a decade, I’ve had the honor of serving the people of New Jersey in the United States Senate, and I’m excited to hit the road once again to visit all 21 counties across our great state,” Booker said.
Booker will visit the Pittstown farm in the morning before attending a naturalization ceremony in Cranbury that afternoon. Booker will visit each of the state’s 21 counties during the tour, which his office said will focus on securing congressional funding for projects throughout the state and supporting local job creators and businesses.
“Every year, this road trip is about listening to my constituents so I can address their concerns and continue my work to secure the funding and support needed to drive meaningful change in our state,” Booker said. “We’re fortunate that in the past three years, we’ve had so much historic investment pouring into New Jersey thanks to the Biden-Harris Administration—from infrastructure to rural development, to veteran health clinics, and more.”
Booker will continue the tour Thursday with a visit to the Somerset County town of Bridgewater, before dining at a local restaurant in the Burlington County town of Marlton on Thursday night.
Booker’s tour of the state will continue through the weekend and into next week, according to his office.
