Max I. Cohen, who served many years as a Democratic county committeeman from Livingston, has passed away. He was 85. Cohen was the husband of former Livingston Mayor Eleonore Cohen and the father of Hoboken Councilman-elect Phil Cohen.
Michael Mitschele, the grandson of former Livingston Mayor Herbert Mitschele, died on November 21. He was 63.
