Gov. Phil Murphy will stump for three of New Jersey’s Democratic House candidates on election day.
The governor will attend a get-out-the-vote event for House challenger Amy Kennedy in Atlantic City at 10 a.m. Kennedy is running to oust Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-Dennis), who defected to the Republican party in December.
That’ll be followed by a similar event boosting Rep. Andy Kim (D-Marlton) in Willingboro at noon. Kim faces former Hill International CEO Richter in his bid for a second term.
Then, Murphy will virtually phone bank for Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-Ringoes) at 3 p.m. State Senate Minority Leader Tom Kean (R-Westfield) is running for Malinowski’s seventh-district House seat.
The governor has two radio hits scheduled for Tuesday, one on WQHT 97.1 at 9:40 a.m. and a second on WDAS 105.3 FM at 5:25 p.m.
He’ll finish Tuesday on the New Jersey Democratic State Committee’s election night livestream.
