Democratic congressional candidate Jay Webber begins airing a new TV ad criticizing Republican Jay Webber’s record of voting against women and families as a member of the New Jersey State Assembly.
The ad, backed up by a six-figure buy and appearing throughout the 11th district, highlights the voices of women.
“Assemblyman Webber has spent ten years in Trenton pushing his agenda on the women of New Jersey,” said Sherrill campaign manager Mollie Binotto. “Women in our community are shining a light on Assemblyman Webber’s long career of voting against our values, like the right for women to make their own healthcare decisions and equal pay for equal work. His harmful record in the Assembly on women and families has no place in Congress.”

Great ad. Jay Webber thinks that just because he has four daughters (along with three boys) and a stay-at-home wife, that makes him pro-woman. Anyone that is so extreme that they are willing to be 1 of only 2 NO votes on a bill that strengthens equal pay for women in the same year they are about to run for Congress (this at a time when women are standing up in huge numbers to call for a checks on a President that has proven many, many times that he has little regard women) is committing political suicide.

Pat I agree with you. Mikie Sherrill showed her true progressive, liberal ideology that she had been trying to hide. Jay Webber will win in November because voters aren’t stupid like democrats think they are.
