Poll: Cory Booker has a lot of work ahead in Florida

New Jersey senator has 38%-8% approvals among Florida Democrats

Cory Booker has favorable of 38%-8% among Democrats in Florida, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll released this morning.

A narrow majority of Florida voters (51%) say they definitely won’t vote for President Donald Trump when he seeks a second term next year.  Just 31% said they will definitely vote for him.

Trump’s favorable are at 40%-52% in Florida and is job approvals are at 41%-53%.

Other favorable among Florida Democrats: Joe Biden (78%-8%); Bernie Sanders (61%-26%); Beto O’Rourke (39%-6%); Kamala Harris (48%-4%); Elizabeth Warren (54%-16%); Kirstin Gillibrand (21%-11%); Amy Klobuchar (22%-10%); Jay Inslee (6%-7%); and John Hickenlooper (7%-6%).

Among all Florida voters, Booker is upside-down at 20%-30%, with nearly half of the state (48%) not knowing enough about him.
