The New Jersey Globe is projecting that Democratic incumbents Nicholas Chiaravalloti and Angela McKnight have been re-elected to the New Jersey State Assembly in the 31st district.
They defeated Republicans Jason Todd Mushnick and Mary Jay Palange.
Bayonne hasn’t been represented by a Republican in the New Jersey State Assembly since 1921.
