Morning radio host will challenge Norcross

Dilks gets organization line in three South Jersey counties

Paul Dilks

Paul Dilks, a South Jersey radio personality, is expected to be the Republican nominee for Congress against Rep. Donald Norcross (D-Camden) in 2018.

GOP organizations in Camden, Gloucester and Burlington counties have endorsed Dilks, a former residential mortgage consultant from Washington Township.

Dilks hosts the Your Music Matters Morning Show on WNJC 1360 AM radio.

Norcross was re-elected in 2016 by a 60%-37% margin in New Jersey’s 1st district.  Hillary Clinton beat Donald Trump in that district by 24 points.

  • This is a redistricting watch scenario. Norcross only won the Gloucester part of this district by 8000 in 2016. Republicans should probably push for this to go into CD2 or CD3, at least Washington Twp.
