Michael B. Tischman, who founded one of New Jersey’s largest law firms, died on November 7. He was 81. Tischman served in the U.S. Army, attended Harvard Law School, and clerked for Judge Walter Freund of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division. In 1971, he joined a law firm that would become Sills Cummis Radin Tischman Epstein & Gross.
