Gov. Phil Murphy will host a tele-town hall on his proposed budget for the 2020 fiscal year Monday evening.
The Democratic State Committee, which sided with Murphy over Senate President Steve Sweeney and Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin during last year’s budget fight, is hosting the town hall.
