Another $749,737 in public matching funds is coming Jack Ciattarelli’s way.
The New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission today approved the transfer of funds to Ciattarelli’s campaign for the Republican nomination for governor.
Ciattarelli has now received $2,883,176 in matching funds – about 63% of the state cap of $4.6 million.
Spending in the gubernatorial primary for candidates participating in the matching funds program is capped at $7.3 million.
ELEC is scheduled to act on an application for matching funds by another GOP gubernatorial candidate, Phil Rizzo, on Tuesday.
Gov. Phil Murphy has qualified for the full $4.6 million match.
