In Memoriam

Robert Healy, a former Elizabeth city councilman, died on February 14.  He was 88.  Healy served as a medic in the U.S. Army Reserve, and on the Elizabeth Housing Authority.

Nancy Tomicki Kehoe, a nurse and the daughter of longtime New Jersey conservative activist John Tomicki, died on February 16.  She was 54.

Armand Galluccio, who served as a New Providence councilman from 2009 to 2918, died on February 15.  He was 70.  He is a former zoning board member and served as a Republican county committeeman from 20 years.

Roy Wagner, a former Ocean City councilman, died on February 15.  He was 94.

Ernest Boerner, a former South Regional School District president, died on January 29.  He was 87.

Janice Woytowich, who served on Indian Mills school board in the late 1960s and early 1970s and then on the Lenape Regional High School District Board of Education through the late 1980s, died on February 16.  She was 88.

Dominic Ursino, who spent 50 years as the president of the Cerebral Palsy Association of Middlesex County, died on February 15.  He was 78.

Kay Garruba, a former vice president of the United Auto Workers Local 731 and a Democratic county committeewoman in Hamilton, died on February 16.

Kenneth Nash, a former Belleville Zoning Board member, died on February 24.  He was 85.  He was an insulator from the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators Local 32 for 41 years.

Roman Osadca, who spent ten years as the zoning board chairman in Frelinghuysen, died on February 15.  He was 71.

Nancy Cramer, who was a secretary in the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s office, died on February 11.  She was 79.

Irven Miller, Jr., a former Long Branch fire chief and West Long Branch zoning board secretary, died on February 12.  He was 74.

Paul Krumbholz, a former Morristown Zoning Board member, died on January 10.  He was 75 and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
