Ronnie Howell, a former mayor of Wantage, died on March 24. He was 83. Howell served as a township committeeman and planning board member.
Anita Kneeley, who served on the Monmouth County Human Services Advisory Council, died on March 20. She was 83. Kneely served as executive director of United Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
