Anthony Gaeta, who served three terms on the West Essex Regional Board of Education, died on December 9. He was 87. Gaeta is a former Essex County Utilities Authority Recycling Coordinator and worked in the county clerk’s office.
Ronald Grossberndt, a former Iselin fire commissioner, died on December 10. He was 81.
Regina Kennedy Mason, who cared enough about politics to ask that donations in her memory be made to “the Democratic candidate of your choice,” died on December 3. She was 95.
