Jean Gulino, a former member of the Totowa secretary/treasurer of the Totowa Republican Party, passed away on May 5. She was 80. Gulino was a member of the Totowa Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Virginia Luce, a former executive secretary at the Union County Prosecutor’s office and the Scotch Plains engineering department, died on May 6. She was 77.
