Richard Dombrosky, a former member of the Evesham Municipal Utility Authority, died on March 22. He was 89. Dombrosky served as chairman of the Evesham Planning Board and as a member of the Marlton Recreation Council.
Felix Beck, the president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of American from 1983 to 1984, died on March 26. He was 93. The husband of former Livingston mayor Doris Beck.
