Reality TV personality Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is threatening to sue David Richter’s congressional campaign for using “Jersey Shore” footage that compares her to his opponent, Kate Gibbs.
“I literally can’t. So dramatic. I’m suing,” Polizzi Monday on Twitter.
Earlier this month, Polizzi retweeted Gibbs’ pitch for campaign contributions.
Richter’s “Snooki Ad” uses footage from the controversial MTV show as a way to highlight some of Gibbs’ legal issues.
