Congress will be the last line of defense in protecting women’s rights and Rep. Leonard Lance has voted to defund Planned Parenthood nine times, says Democratic congressional candidate Tom Malinowski.
“With Roe at risk, it becomes more critical than ever that our elected representatives protect choice, privacy, and a woman’s autonomy over her own body,” said Malinowski. “If women can’t count on the Supreme Court to protect them, they need to be able to count on their representatives in Congress. Lance has shown year after year that he will sell them out to the extremists in his party every time,”
Malinowski, a former Assistant U.S. Secretary of State in the Obama administration, has been endorsed by the Planned Parenthood Action Fund and NARAL Pro-Choice America.
