Former Burlington County Freeholder Director Kate Gibbs outraised former Hill International CEO David Richter in the second quarter of 2020.
Richter, the third district’s Republican primary victor, brought in $35,288 between April 1 and June 30, while Gibbs brought in $71,946.
Despite the gap, Richter had more money banked at the end of the quarter.
He had $207,624 to Gibbs’ $50,008.
Rep. Andy Kim (D-Marlton) has more than $3.5 million in his war chest.
