Republican congressional candidate Dana DiRisio called Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-Wyckoff) a “coward and a hack” for not speaking on the House floor during today’s debate on the impeachment of President Donald Trump.
“Give me a fucking break, Josh Gottheimer,” said DiRisio, who spent ten years as an aide to the Republican congressman Gottheimer unseated, Republican Scott Garrett. “Instead, you pointed the finger back to the Republicans for a lack of censure consensus.”
“Personally, I can’t wait for a rematch,” DiRisio said.
DiRisio had a message for Gottheimer, who is seeking re-election to his third term.
“Start packing your bags.,” DiRisio said. “And if you think you’re going to go up against a soft Republican this time, think again.”
