The voter registration deadline for the 2022 general election is next Tuesday, October 18

The deadline to vote in the November 8 general election for Congress and county and local office in New Jersey is next Tuesday, October 18.

If you still need to register to vote, click HERE to do so via the state Division of Elections’ online voter registration application.

If you’re already registered and wish to apply for an absentee ballot, click HERE. If you intend to vote by mail, you need to request a ballot by Tuesday, November 1.

Like in last year’s general election and this year’s primary election, there will also be an in-person early voting period that lasts from Saturday, October 29 through Sunday, November 6.
