Lance ad calls rival a ‘far left liberal’

Alleges Malinowski would raise taxes, health care costs

A new digital ad for Rep. Leonard Lance (R-Clinton) attacks his Democratic opponent, Tom Malinowski, for being too liberal in a district that narrowly supported Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

The Lance campaign uses a clip of Malinowski saying “I am a lifelong, progressive Democrat” three times while calling him a “far left liberal.”  Malinowski, the ad says, would make families less safe, raise taxes and health care costs, and limit freedom.

The ad also suggests that Malinowski, a former Assistant U.S. Secretary of State under President Obama, would “publicly oppose our greatest ally in the Middle East, Israel.”

Jim Hilk, Lance’s campaign manager, says that the digital ad will be backed up by a “substantial buy.”

  1. LOL! Lance, a left of center congressman who constantly opposes President Trump, calls his opponent who opposes Trump far left!
