Chelsea Clinton in New Jersey

By David Wildstein, March 19 2019 11:56 am

Chelsea Clinton will be in New Jersey on April 4 to discuss endangered animals in a forum hosted by former State Sen. Raymond Lesniak (D-Elizabeth).

The Lesniak Institute for American Leadership is sponsoring the event at Kean University.

Clinton will sign copies of Don’t Let Them Disappear, a children’s book about animals she wrote.

Lesniak is a longtime animal rights activist and a close political ally of former president Bill Clinton.  He was the Democratic state chairman when Clinton carried New Jersey in his 1992 presidential bid.
