Kevin McCarthy, the minority leader of the U.S. House of Representatives, congressional candidate Thomas Kean, Jr., and Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-Wyckoff) will join host David Wildstein on the New Jersey Globe Power Hour on Talk Radio 77 WABC on Saturday, July 17 at 4 PM.

McCarthy endorsed Kean this week for the Republican nomination for Congress in New Jersey’s 7th district.  Kean is seeking a rematch with Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-Ringoes), who beat him in 2020 by 1% of the vote.

Kean is the minority leader of the New Jersey State Senate.

Gottheimer is the co-chairman of the House Problem Solvers Caucus.  He ousted a seven-term Republican congressman in 2016 and has been re-elected twice.

McCarthy will likely become the Speaker of the House if Republicans take control in the 2022 mid-term elections.  He’s an eight-term congressman from Bakersfield, California.

Wildstein is the host of the New Jersey Globe.
