The New Jersey Globe is projecting that State Sen. Fred Madden (D-Washington), Assemblyman Paul Moriarty (D-Washington), and Assemblywoman Gabriela Mosquera (D-Gloucester Township) have won re-election to the 4th legislative district.
Madden beat 2019 Republican Assembly nominee Stephen Pakradooni, while Moriarty and Mosquera defeated electrical worker Denise Gonzalez, marketing consultant Patricia Kline, and Libertarian nominee Nicholas Magner.
Madden was first elected to the Camden and Gloucester County-based 4th district in 2003, flipping the seat by only 63 votes. Moriarty joined him in 2005, and Mosquera in 2012; none have faced a competitive election for more than a decade.
Final 4th district results:
Madden 54.4% // Pakradooni 45.6%
Moriarty 26.5%, Mosquera 25.8% // Kline 23.5%, Gonzalez 23.3% // Magner 0.9%
