The New Jersey Globe is projecting that Republican incumbents Ronald Dancer and Rob Clifton have been re-elected to the New Jersey State Assembly in the 12th district.

They defeated Democrats Malini Guha and David Lande.

Dancer was elected in 2002 and Clifton in 2011.

Lance ran against State Sen. Sam Thompson in 2017 and lost by 18 points.

The 12th was created in 2011 and extends from Old Bridge in Middlesex County through Western Monmouth to Jackson and Plumsted in Ocean County.
