Dr. A. Milton Bell, a former four-term member of the Teaneck Board of Education, passed away on March 5. He was 95. Gov. Brendan Byrne appointed him to serve on the New Jersey state Board of Dentistry in 1979, a post he held until 1986. Bell served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
