Raymond Lisa, Sr., a former Oaklyn councilman, died on July 6.  He was 83.  Lista served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

James Kennedy, a former Bridgewater fire commissioner, died on July 12.  He was 86.

Joan Kreider, who was active in Monmouth County Democratic politics, died on July 7.  She was 83.  She later worked for the Quinnipiac University poll.

Mary Moran, a former member of the Camden County Democratic Executive Committee, died on March 29. She was 94.

Francis Schott, who served on the Ridgewood Board of Education, died on July 12.  He was 94.  A Holocaust survivor, Schott served in the administration of President John F. Kenney as a consultant at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 1962 to 1963.

Robert Dunker, a former Basking Ridge school board member, died on July 2.  He was 89.

James Battalino, a former business manager for the Harrison Board of Education, died on July 13.  He was 82.

Samuel Ingenito, who worked in the Paterson tax Assessor’s office under Mayor Pat Kramer, died on July 10.  He was 84. Ingenito served in the New Jersey National Guard.

Margaret Potter, a former Ocean County Planning Board chair, has died.  She was 89.  Potter was active in Ocean County Republican politics, where her late husband, Leonard Potter, Sr., served as county tax assessor.

Andrew Koch, the nephew of former New York City Mayor Ed Koch, died on July 9.  He was 73 and lived in Long Branch.
