Harry Harrison, known as “The Morning Mayor,” during a storied career in radio broadcasting, died on January 28.  He was 89. The Norwood resident worked at WMCA, WABC and WACBS.

Leonard Arnold
, a former Superior Court Judge, died on January 20.  He was 85.  Arnold served as an assistant Somerset County prosecutor from 1970 to 1983.  Gov. Thomas Kean appointed him to serve as a Superior Court Judge in 1983 and he served as presiding judge of the civil and criminal courts before his elevation to the Appellate Division in 1999.  He retired in 2004.

Bradley Jordan, who served ten years as a Glen Rock Councilman, died on January 26.  He was 66.

David Jordan, a former Edgewater councilman, died on January 30.  He was 84.  Jordan served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and spent 40 years as a professor at City University of New York.

Douglas Dabney, a former Jersey Journal reporter, died on January 23.  He was 72.  Dabney later worked helping people find jobs at the Urban League.

MaryJane Smith, the wife of former Superior Court Judge Donald A. Smith, Jr. and an active member of her community in West Deptford, died on January 29.  She was 87.

Michael Horton, a former Fort Lee Planning Board member, died on January 27.  He was a police officer for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey until his retirement in 1995.

Stan Borowski, a Westfield resident and retired New York City police sergeant who headed security details for mayors Ed Koch and David Dinkins, died on January 29.  He was 92.
