Charles Little, who served as a Superior Court Judge for 30 years, died on July 5. He was 82. Little served in Camden County from 1986 to 2007 and in Burlington County from 2007 to 2016.
Arthur Vespignani, a former Parsippany Council President, died on July 5. He was 75. Vespignani was elected to councilman in 1977 and lost renomination in the Republican primary four years later. He later served as director of the Parsippany Municipal Utilities Authority.
Aldan Markson, a former Kenilworth Municipal Court Judge, died on June 16. He was 89. A U.S. Army veteran, he spent 24 years as the Kenilworth municipal prosecutor, borough attorney and judge.
Kerm Lewis, a former Berkeley Township municipal clerk, died on July 4. She was 94. Lewis spent 30 years in Berkeley, also serving on the Board of Health, member of the Planning Board, and Register of Vital Statistics. She was a past president of the Ocean County Municipal Clerks Association.
Geraldine Pierson, a member of the New Frontier Democrats of Bayonne, passed away on July 4. She was the supervisor of school nurses for the Bayonne Board of Education.
Adrian Koliba, a member of the Somers Point Republican Club, died on July 1. He was 78.
