Jack Walsh, a former Teaneck councilman and assistant Bergen County prosecutor, died on June 14. He was 90. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, was an assistant prosecutor under Guy Tallisi, and was a councilman from 1961 to 1967.
Peggy Brown, who served as executive assistant to Paterson Mayor Pat Kramer, died on June 10. She was 81. Brown later worked at The (Bergen) Record as executive assistant to the president of North Jersey News.
James Moore, who served as president of the Mechanical Contractors Association of New Jersey, died on June 14. He was 88. Moore served in the U.S. Marines Corps during the Korean War, and later was appointed by Gov. Christine Todd Whitman to the New Jersey State Board of Master Plumbers.
