House candidate Amy Kennedy would not rule out bracketing with Cumberland County Freeholder Jack Surrency to secure a favorable ballot position there.

“I think all options will be on the table,” she said. “We’re going to look for what our best strategy is to get out the vote and make sure that our ballot placement is strong.”

Cumberland County Democrats dropped support for Surrency in favor of Millville Commissioner Bruce Cooper, who is running with incumbents Carol Musso and George Castellini.

Brigid Harrison has the line for Congress in Cumberland County.

Kennedy also declined to rule out bracketing with a presidential candidate to secure a spot on the ballot outside of ballot Siberia.

“We’re going to look at all the options,” she said. “We’re exploring what we can do to just have the strongest ballot placement, because we are all very aware that you can in Siberia and the impact that it has.”
