All 12 of New Jersey’s congresspeople voted in favor of a resolution Thursday that would require the findings of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation to be released publicly.
The measure passed 420-0, with four members voting “present” and seven abstaining.
“Facts aren’t partisan. The American people deserve the full truth in any investigation of wrongdoing by our public officials,” Rep. Andy Kim said. “I am proud to have voted with Democrats and 190 Republicans to let in more sunlight to disinfect potential corruption within our system.”
The measure still has to pass a vote in the Senate.
