Republican National Chair Ronna McDaniel will be in New Jersey next Saturday to headline a rally for GOP congressional candidate Tom Kean, Jr. in the 7th district.

The event at the Belvidere American Legion is being hosted by Warren County GOP Chairman Doug Steinhardt, a former Republican State Chairman and a candidate for the New Jersey State Senate.

GOP State Chairman Bob Hugin will join McDaniel at the rally.

Kean faces Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-RIngoes) in one of the most competitive House races in the U.S.

Steadfastly loyal to Donald Trump during his presidency, McDaniel was among a group of Republicans that alleged voter fraud after the 2020 election and challenged the legitimacy of the results.  But late last year, she acknowledged Joe Biden’s election and has pledged to remain neutral during the 2024 election.

McDaniel was in New Jersey last year for an event in support of State Sen. Jean Stanfield (R-Westampton) and her running mates in the 8th legislative district,
